Buxus.
I love to collect old interesting cake tins to pot up with buxus. They look great grouped and make lovely gifts. Don't forget to make a drainage hole in the base.

Autumn Roses
Pierre de Ronsard, Dorothy Perkins, Abraham Darby et al are still bringing joy with their profuse flowering. I will miss them in winter.

Autumn Figs
My friend grew these lovely figs and I had to resist eating them before I photographed. Not enough for jam but delicious with some prosciutto and goats cheese.
Perfect Field Mushroom.
Our paddocks are dotted with white specks and upon examination are delicious field mushrooms. They appear in autumn after rain in there dozens so I make use of my hydrater and dry some for winter risottos and pot meals.

Cutlery Collection.
It is incredible how much cutlery there is to collect. I like to know the use every piece had and the period in which it was used. I found, for instance sardine forks and ice spoons!! This collection will never end. In addition I collect scissors of every type and use, but they have to be old!
Making Life Easy
My friend, Margaret bought me these wonderful shears for trimming and shaping my buxus. What a godsend for painful hands. They are amazing. For a glimpse of a wonderful blog, go to Margaret Young-Whitford@blogspot.com.au. Very inspirational.
